Cancellation Policy
✨PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING✨ In order to provide the best possible scheduling options to all guests, 48 hours advance notice is required should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Rescheduling or canceling an appointment with less than 48 hour notice will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price. ALL appointments must be confirmed in order to keep your appointment. If appointments are not confirmed by the day of, there will be a chance of having appointment canceled, or spot of appointment will be filled. Card information is required from ALL guests when booking an appointment. ✨REDO SERVICE POLICY✨ I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let me know within 7 days of your visit and i’ll be happy to correct the issue. The redo policy does not cover a change in the style or color & a fee will be applied as necessary. This is only for minor touch ups, not changed minds. Full service price applies after one week. I do not offer refunds for any services. ✨LATE POLICY✨ I allow a 20 minute grace period, because I know running late will happen! Just be sure to text or call the salon to say you are running late! After the 20 minute grace period (without notifying the salon) you’re appointment will be canceled and your card on file will be charged 50% of the service selected. ✨NO SHOW POLICY✨ If a client no show your appointment, their card will be charged 100% of services selected. If a client no-shows more than 3 times they will be restricted from booking with the salon. I respect all of my clients time, as should you with mine.
